A combination of coordinated support and targeted cushioning ensures a secure wearing experience with every step. Cushioning: Medium The more cushioning you have under the foot, the softer and more comfortable the running feeling. The cushioning provides impact protection when your feet sit on the ground. Full-length Nike Air cushioning ensures soft comfort when running. Responsiveness: Medium The more responsive the shoe, the more energy return you get with every step. Whether you want to run a little faster or with a little less effort, responsive shoes give you a little more suspension with every step, allowing you to get more out of your run. The soft foam in the midsole together with Nike Air cushioning provides a springy feel. I bought the Nike Airflow 10 (DV4022-400) looking for a comfortable sneaker for everyday use and light workouts, and overall they meet expectations well. The standout feature is breathability: the upper is quite ventilated and feels cool even in warm weather or during long walks. The cushioning is suitable for casual use and gym sessions, providing a soft ride without being overly plush. Additionally, the design is attractive and easy to pair with both athletic and casual outfits. In terms of fit, they run true to size, although people with wider feet might find them slightly tight in the forefoot. They are lightweight, which makes them comfortable to wear throughout the day. The traction is decent for urban surfaces and gym floors, nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done. On the downside, the durability of the upper could be better: with frequent use, some materials seem to wear out sooner than expected. They are also not the best choice for long-distance running or high-impact training, as the cushioning falls a bit short for those demands. In summary, these are a solid option for daily wear, walking, and light gym use, offering excellent breathability and a good-looking design although they could cost a little less.
