The bag is nice but it definitely will be a bit tight if you put some trainers and a change of clothes. I should it go for a bigger size. Maybe this will be just good to carry snacks or a change of clothes and a water bottle. Before I purchased I did compare online measurements to a “normal” string bag measurements & they looked comparable so I allowed my daughter to get this one. Unfortunately once this bag arrived & I compared it to my sons “Champion” string bag (also purchased from Amazon) I noticed the Champion bag which was almost 1/2 the price was about 2x larger & had an inside pocket.
