I needed a bag and I started out knowing I wanted a Nike brand one, because I’m a sucker for good advertising. This bag is perfect for my intended purpose: I need to bring running clothes to change into before leaving work. So it just has to hold a pair of running shoes, exercise clothes, maybe a baseball cap. Bonus for me is it will also easily hold my lunch and several other things, so I can take a smaller bag for my work things It can hold much more than that, though. To start with, I tried my women’s size 10 shoes in the side pocket and they fit, though it’s a bit of a squeeze. I probably will not use that compartment for shoes. Anyway, I was packing for a weekend trip and decided to see how much I could fit into this little bag even though I’m not planning to use it as my main bag. I filled it full but not at all stuffed/bursting with: running shoes, dress shoes, 2 dresses, a skirt, a light sweater, a long night shirt, 4 pairs of underwear, 2 bras, and in the side pocket a pair of running shorts, a tank top, sports bra, stretchy waist carrier which I use for my phone when I’m running, pair of running socks, and a baseball cap. So that’s a lot of stuff to fit in this little guy. And it holds it well. I’m not sure why so many people think it’s too small, but of course it depends on your needs. If you’re looking for a good gym bag for basic workout clothes and shoes, this seems just right.

This is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. It’s nice and durable, and holds everything I need. It has the separate large side pocket that I thought was for shoes, but it’s not quite that big. It holds all my dirty gym clothes and then some, and I’m sure it would work with smaller shoes. Mine are size 12 high tops.

This bag was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was searching for something big enough to carry my CrossFit essentials but little enough for my stature (I'm 4'10) so it didn't look like the bag was carrying me. This bag was able to hold everything in the picture (lifting belt, knee sleeves, gym clothes, flip flops, voodoo floss, my Sandbar, wrist wraps, towel, toiletries and other small essentials. There is even a separate compartment on the right side of the bag where I was able to fit my size 8 Womens Nike Metcons in. I think anything bigger than that would be a real stretch. On the opposite side of the bag is a mesh pocket to hold small essentials that I need to access quickly. Inside the bag is a small zippered pocket for personal valuables like cash, phone and keys. Please bear in mind that it may take some strategic folding and packing to fit all of your items if you choose to utilize the separate shoe compartment as it takes up room in the main compartment when filled. The adjustable strap also does not have padding but that is something that I can easily overlook as my bag (even when fully packed) is relatively lightweight. I really love this bag for my daily needs. If you need a duffel bag that has the capability to hold more, the Brasilia also comes in Small, Medium and Large sizes. Overall I give the Nike XS Brasilia duffel bag two huge thumbs up!!! 👍🏼 👍🏼
