    • Not impressed. There was a defect in the toe of the shoe because my son could not even wear them.
My son absolutely loved these shoes when he go them. He started wearing them on Nov 15 and by Jan 21 they were completely shot in the big toe area. He could not even wear them. He think something popped in the shoe so they were completely unwearable. Very disappointed. Wish i could get my money back or at least credit. ... show more

I tried lacing these up, but found them a bit tight and bulky when doing so. Then, I tried taking out the laces to make them 100% zip-up, and they immediately became my default shoes. I wear them with every outfit (sometimes with no outfit, because I have to protect my feet against LEGOs when locking the house down in the middle of the night). They’re comfortable, lighter than any other basketball shoes I’ve owned, look fantastic, and are just generally great shoes. I hope they’re still in production when my fat butt (5’6”, 260) finally wears them out so I can get some more. ... show more

    • Seemed like a great shoe, but sizing was very difficult
I ordered the Nike PG4 basketball shoe for my 16-yr old son. After receiving the shoes, we both felt like they had excellent construction. But if you have wide feet to any degree, you may have problems with these shoes. The interior construction, with the internal lacing & zipper front, is very crowded. My son is in a size 10 for every other pair of shoes he uses currently, and based on other comments & reviews we ordered size 11 in this model. To put it bluntly, these didn't even come close to working for him, mainly on width, but also related to all of the "extra" materials that are inside this shoe. I know it's not possible for online purchases, but w/ this particular shoe I would strongly advise trying them on before purchasing if possible. ... show more

Middle school son really likes the PG shoe line. This pair can be used without shoestrings so he likes that. They offer good grip on the court and look great.
