Dryer stopped spinning after a few uses. Edit Customer service was prompt and had offered to send me a new one. Customer service gives it four stars. Fingers crossed this dryer doesn't break. If this new one works for a while I'll change it five stars. Update As of 2/21/2026. The dryer did not blow out. Not sure what caused the first one to break but even if it did, I'll likely buy again. This has been a massive convenience. It's not perfect but with a couple tweaks it gets the job done. The fill hose it comes with is trash, I don't know what it's supposed to connect to... a garden hose maybe. I used part of it to connect to the inside of the fill port. Without it and full pressure/splashing you will get leaks out of the side where the panels meet near the top. Other than that it washes great and the spinner does get items near dry. Just be prepared to hang on to it for a bit while starting the spin! I also installed some rubber feet for this issue but probably not needed. Have had the machine for a couple months. It's quite loud unlike what the advertising says, especially on the spinner cycle, but not so much that we can't use it in our apartment. Overall has been a worthwhile purchase for not having to schlep our stuff to the laundromat and pay exorbitant prices there, and it cleans clothes very well. A few things to be aware of: The drain hose doesn't necessarily drain ALL of the water by the time you're done using it. There's been a couple times transporting the machine back to where it's stored where extra water will come out of the drain hose onto the floor just due to gravity, especially if the machine gets tilted. Going forward I'll be sure to empty the excess into a bucket or the tub. I saw a review on a very similar machine where someone said the same thing, so maybe it just comes along with this drain pump design Not all of the water gets pumped out of the washing chamber either. Not a ton is left, but it's to the point where I pat it down with a towel and make sure to leave the lid open to air out between uses Power cord is very short, maybe 2-3 feet or so. This made it so I can't really use it in my bathroom due to the layout, at least without an extension cord. The spinner is a bit finicky and makes a banging noise if there aren't enough clothes in it or it isn't balanced properly. Usually it's easy enough to just add a few more items of clothing in it when this happens. One time, an item I thought would fit was too big and it just wouldn't spin at all. That blanket ended up being tough to get dry through other means, but lesson learned. The inlet hose doesn't fit well with our faucet so I just use the hose attachment on the sink or buckets to fill it. The manual is written in broken English which made it hard to understand. I've been living off-grid for the past 2 years and was literally washing all of my clothes by hand and taking my bed sheets to a laundry mat, until I found this washing machine. Absolutely best purchase ever, This washing machine may not be very big or fancy but it washes SO WELL!! My clothes come out so clean and dry. I was so skeptical about it's performance, but it has blown me away, the only thing that I am upset about is not getting this sooner. The machine is not heavy at all, I can easily move it around to a different location, noise level while draining can make some noise but honestly it's negligible.. I have guineas screaming their heads off all day so I may not be the greatest source on noise, with these birds I am immune to anything lol. It takes a decent amount of clothes, which was very necessary in this household having 3 toddlers that love to play outside all day chasing chickens/ducks. I think this was so worth the price, I honestly had a Frigidaire front load at my old house and this much cheaper washing machine cleans our clothes so much better! ... show more
