This product is great, I was able to fit my 12.9 iPad or my work laptop an HP Dragonfly which is small. The purpose was to not carry an actual backpack, so this did the job. In addition it also held my wallet, connections and charger. It even had room for paperwork as well. So you can imagine the space. Cons: Over the years the flap was not sticking anymore that annoyed me but considering this took years to happen. I would buy it again. Great comfort, the padding was wonderful, it has great durability and style.

Bought this pack because it looked like it had a decent payload capability but was fairly compact in height. It proves out for that. Although it is a fairly flat pack, which makes commuting with it easier, it holds a decent payload. Pack rides snug and secure on my back without any tendency to shift around as long as the strap is worn over the head or cross shoulder. Good layout of pockets, good zippers. Internal secondary pockets laid out well. Good value for money.

First of all, the quality of this bag is very good for the price point. The size is as described and fits my 11" iPad Pro perfectly with a folio case. The strap is comfortable and the sling bag style is convenient and practical for a bag this size. There are two negative items that I feel must be addressed and are the reason for my three start rating. First is the lack of a second zipper slider on the main compartment (or any of the zippered openings). The zippers appear to be of really good quality and have metal sliders and pulls, but the lack of a second zipper means that when the bag is closed, the zipper slider is always on one particular size. One big advantage of the sling bag is quick deployment when swung around to the front of your body, and while the shoulder strap is left/right swappable, the zipper obviously isn't with only one slider. This might seem like a small thing, but I've found it a bit difficult to get over. The second item is that the swivel on the shoulder strap is a snap fit plastic part. The shoulder strap should arguably be one of the strongest parts of a bag, and this bag has a quality strap, but a weak swivel connection. It has popped off (strap completely disconnected) several times almost causing me to drop the bag - fortunately I caught it both times before it hit the ground. The swivel fitting snapped right back in and felt as sturdy as ever, but I can't trust it anymore. For a casual trip to the store this might be okay, but I have to find a replacement that I can trust with a bit more versatility and thought put into the zippers and strap swivel point.

After ordering 7 other bags I settled on this one. I'm slim and this was the only bag that could be shortened enough to fit snugly across my body. The other bag straps couldn't be shortened enough and I was left with the bag sagging by my side. Took this bag with me to New York and was very happy with it. It was a tight fit but I was able to fit: - 8"x8" sketchbook - my pen case - a small-pack puffer jacket - a narrow water bottle (approx width of a small bottled water) - keys/wallet/large battery brick (7"x"3"x"1) The pockets were perfect-- not overly specific like some bags because it them becomes limiting. Lots of room to organize how you see fit. If you like a small pack, perfect fit bag for a few items this is it. Excited to keep bringing this on adventures Bonus: you can change the strap to go either way.
