My #1 need for these curtains was that they blocked out a lot of light to keep my room cool and they absolutely do that incredibly well. A single panel is almost completely opaque! I don't mind the light leaking around the edges but if you do I'd use two panels to one window. The lighting in my room is not great so makes the color seem off but in real life the color is beautiful as well, exactly as advertised in the listing photo. Very easy to install, soft, and attractive functional curtains.

I was a bit nervous when purchasing since these were to be for a large front of the house window, and being true blackout curtains for blocking sun, but mostly for privacy was very important to me. Considering the reasonable price, and great reviews, I took a chance. Upon opening the package I was so throughly pleased with the quality of these curtains!!! I really like these curtains. I didn't want to hide my beautiful window with curtains but I needed curtains in this bedroom. I used a steamer to steam in pleats to make them very compact so they would stay close to the wall in my dormer. They came out great. They do a good job blocking light. I like the lighter brushed nickel color for the rings at the top as they matched my curtain rod perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see in the video I have a huge window in the living room that lets in lots of sunlight. These curtains do a really good job at blocking out the light. I would say their description of being "90% blackout" is pretty accurate. The curtains themselves are thick and soft and look pretty nice hanging up. Quite a good buy, especially for the price.

Bought these because I have extra tall sliding glass doors and these are decent enough. They don't completely black out the room but the material looks and feels great.
