My front door is mostly glass panes so the inside was very visible to those outside. This curtain color is nice and appears decent quality. I'm writing this because I cannot believe how well it does block out light and gives privacy. In this picture, a 100 watt light is aimed at the door. As you can see, not even a glow of light can be seen. Very happy with this. I did have to steam the wrinkles out, but I'd think any curtain you buy has wrinkles, so that is what it is. ... show more

I needed it about an inch longer but I'm sure it's my wonky window & not the curtains fault :) It definitely blocks out light & outside temperatures but it's hard to cinch because it's pretty tight due to the needed extra length for me.

Barely any light gets through these. We have them on the front door to keep our dog from barking at shadows. Unless there’s a full silhouette of a person sunlit from the back, he can’t see anything.
