The curtains are very heavy, well made and definitely block light (something I desperately needed to help keep my CA west facing bedroom cooler in the summer). I love the different options for hanging. Normally I prefer to use rings but I used the back panel since they would have dragged on the floor with rings. My only disappointment is the material does not look like linen as described. It’s more of a tweed. That said, the color ‘natural’ is accurately represented, a versatile cream that blends nicely with my decor. If you’re like me and can’t afford Pottery Barn these are a very nice alternative.

I have been researching for the perfect blackout curtains and Nicetown's product has surpassed my expectation. The pictures speak for themselves. It is truly 100% blackout, and the natural-looking linen texture would add elegance to any room. Even though they are heavy curtains with a length of 108", the back tabs easily glide through the curtain rod. I finally had a good night of sleep - thank you Nicetown! P.S. I used silk&wool iron settings to get the wrinkles out and it worked perfectly.

Bought this for my daughter's dorm. There are 2 layers, one is black to block all the lights, the other one is normal curtain but thicker. And It has 3 ways to hang up which I like very much. The quality is good as usual.

I was so surprised with the quality of these curtains, they are absolutely fabulous. I can honestly say, I’ve never held a pair of panels that are as heavy as these. These curtains are substantial, really nice quality, love the material. Even though the product description indicates “faux” linen, they are pretty darn close to the real thing. And don’t get me started on the black out, wow, that is some kind of dark. They are tailored very well, nice large even hems at the bottom and the top is nearly perfect with respect to the loop tabs and rod pocket. You have several options in which to hang these curtains which is nice as you never know what folks may be using for rods or even hooks. The angora is a very nice subtle color great for just about any room. Their ability to darken a room is spot on. Just keep in mind that you are not going to see a completely dark room in the middle of a sunny day, not like you do at night anyway. I waited for a sunny day as I wanted to see how well they deaden light in the room, and I have to say, they do a darn good job. I’ve attached a side-by-side image of the room with the curtain opened and closed. If you look at the closet at the end of the room, you will see how the black out impacts the amount of light in the closet (there is a small window in the closet that is covered). With the curtains opened you will see a normal hue in both the closet and room, the hue is balanced. When you close the curtain, you no longer have that balance, the room is now dark and the closet is very bright. So yes, these panels do a fine job at reducing daylight and at night you aren’t going to see much of anything. I’m extremely pleased with these panels; they certainly do the job and then some. If dark is your thing, then these curtains are for you, highly recommended!
