These are a nice quality, good weight, soft, and they have a (color matching) lining. I got the sage green, and they are the same color as pictured, maybe just a tiny hair more yellow tinted. They help keep my bedroom cooler when the sun is shining directly on my windows in the afternoon. They block light almost too well in combination with my blinds, so if I don’t tie them back before bed, it’s hard to wake up in the morning! These curtains were gorgeous! Nice and thick and quality material. I only returned them because the color did not match like I thought it would...but the color was beautiful! I would have kept them if the color had matched my other items. I feel they were as described and it sometimes it is just hard to tell on the computer exactly how dark or light the color is. ... show more

These curtains are fabulous! If you are up in the air thinking- these seem too good to be true for the price, they are just as good in person! They are thick, they are truly blackout, they look amazing. The color is awesome, I wanted a mauve color for my daughter’s room & this is spot on to what I was envisioning. They have some wrinkles, but that isn’t a big deal to me, I did not attempt to steam them o it. I have not washed them at all yet, so I can’t attest to washability. But definitely great for privacy & keeping light out! I think they look great. ... show more

Nice, but are not "blackout" curtains. I have a whole inner layer of insulating curtains behind these, but you can see in the photo there are gaps where it's only these velvet curtains and the sun definitely shines through. (Although, maybe "blackout" only applies to light shining through FROM the inside - and that I can't comment on.) I ended up ordering a second set which was not an exact color match. It was clear they were coming from different locations because the delivery date changed when I changed the quantity to 2, but I was impatient and ordered one that was available for same day delivery and then ordered a second set (I was hoping I could get away with one set.) Fortunately I was able to arrange them in such a way the color difference isn't very obvious. My advice is to be realistic on how many you will need and order in such a way that you have a better chance they are from the same batch. I washed them before hanging and they did not need to be ironed or steamed. I am happy with my purchase. ... show more
