I had been having a hard time finding the right size blinds for a double door in my kitchen and these ended up being perfect! They block the light extremely well and helps make a dark cave downstairs when I need it. The material feels decent quality and no complaints there. It is thick enough for the light block but they still feel light weight enough which makes folding up to hang a breeze. I really like the functionality of being able to quickly roll them up when I want the light in, and a simple Velcro holds them up. Overall these are exactly what I was needing for this space and the value for the money compared to other name brand custom blinds makes these a no brainer! I put this taupe blackout shade in my bathroom window to block the light that was shining straight into my bedroom. It took me 15 mins to install the velcro, press on the shade, and steam iron the wrinkles. It works perfectly to block the light. Esthetically, it falls a bit short for me; just hangs kind of plain. I will probably be adding pleats with safety pins for a more clean and tailored look. The velcro was a great value since I already had a blind on this window and didn't want to spend alot on a whole new blind. I was able to just put it on top of the existing. It’s okay. The adhesive Velcro was not pre trimmed to fit the curtain so make sure you measure and cut first before attaching. It’s black out, good color but definitely could be trouble if you assume that the Velcro is trimmed and attach it first without double checking.
