These really do block out the light — the room gets fully dark, which is exactly what I needed. No glow around the edges, no sunlight sneaking in (I do hang my curtains a bit wider than my actual windows). The linen look is really pretty and works well with different décor. They do have a slight plasticky feel when you touch them, but once they’re hanging, they look like actual linen, so it doesn't bother me too much. I have these hanging in a bedroom...not sure that I would put in a living room though (personal preference). They also have a decent weight to them. Not heavy or overly stiff, just enough so they hang straight and don’t look flimsy. Installation was easy. The grommets slide smoothly, and opening and closing them doesn’t feel like a struggle. Being able to toss them in the wash is another plus. Overall, they look good, they blackout the room completely, and they’re easy to work with. The slight plasticky feel is the only thing keeping them from feeling fully premium, but they’re still a solid choice.

I chose the sage green in W52 x L96, and they’ve been a fantastic addition to my space. The sage green color is soft and calming, with a slightly earthy tone that works really well in a bathroom setting. It adds a subtle touch of color without feeling overpowering, and it pairs nicely with both light and neutral decor. I hung these in a guest bathroom that faces east, and the difference is immediate. The curtains were easy to install using the rod pocket, and they slid onto a standard curtain rod without any hassle. Once up, they drape nicely and have a clean, tailored look. The harsh morning sun is completely blocked out, which keeps the room noticeably cooler throughout the day. I’m genuinely impressed with these curtains—so much so that I immediately ordered a second set. I was hesitant to spend the money until I knew they’d make a real difference, but they block an impressive amount of sunlight and have made our bedroom dramatically darker. My husband and I occasionally work overnight, so being able to sleep comfortably during the day is non-negotiable, and these have been a game-changer. I originally planned to hang one panel per window, but after seeing them up, I’m going to double them on each window for a fuller, more tailored look. I also intended to let them puddle on the floor, but I’ve decided to hem them to sit just above the floor instead—and thankfully the stitching is simple and clean, so hemming should be quick and easy. (They do offer multiple lengths; I just chose a longer size, so that’s on me, not the vendor.) The linen-look fabric is what sold me in the first place, and it looks even better in person. I paired them with a “wood look” metal rod and the combination is perfect with this color. Even with just the first set up, the room is dark enough that we can sleep through sunrise and well into the morning. It’s not 100% pitch black, but it absolutely provides the level of darkness we need—and they look great doing it.
