Update: customer service reached out to replace the covers. I like the chairs, and they seem to be good quality. However, the covers showed up black and scuffed which was a disappointment considering the price of the product I think I would buy from a different manufacturer next time.

The brown leather label on our new chairs got wet and bled down the blue chairs causing discoloration. I reached out to the seller and they are going to send 2 new chairs! My daughters love the chairs and they’re also comfortable for adults.

We wanted some beach chairs for a family beach vacation. We didn’t want the ten dollar cheap ones, but didn’t want to spend a hundred bucks per chair either. The price on these was right and they looked like nice chairs. They are, but not without some complaints. First, these aren’t very comfortable for lengthy lounging. They’re low backed, so if you’re sitting on the beach for a while, there’s not much back support. Also, the drink holder is useless in the sand, as the chairs sink down a little into the sand so the angle that the holder is attached meant our drinks were spilling. And the last complaint is that we found them awkward to fold up. The seat backs and bottoms have little pockets that the frame fits into when you set them up and they have to be undone to fold properly. The pros: they’re small, lightweight, sturdy, and seem well made and will likely last for years. They also dry quickly and have mesh seat panels that let the sand fall through so you’re not sitting in sand covered seat bottoms on the beach. We bought six of these and overall we were happy with them.

The stitching gave away on the upper white netting area on one of the chairs. Very difficult to fix. Otherwise they are great beach chairs Replacement received. Very happy with Amazon Service Agent named Lisa Zhao.

I bought these specifically for outdoor amphitheater concerts and watching kids' sporting events. Spent too much money on them to have one rip out on the third time used. Should have just bought a $10 chair at Wally-world. If you have one or get one, just make sure the back support pole is pushed all the way up in the pocket before you sit down, or move in the chair. The good news is it ripped right through the seam - looks like a manufacturing defect, but can't return because it's past 1 month. So hopefully the other chair will last a lot longer. The company sent me a new one very quickly and without a hassle. And that has worked great for us.
