Best Pet Tracker Love it Love this pet GPS location and activity tracker. Have used the others before I found out about Tractive and always had issues with them losing touch with location and were also far more costly, and far less accurate. I do not need tech support with tractive because it works and i have not had any issues. It fits and stays on my dog's collar well too. I keep it on the collar and bought the extra charger they sell separately on the app, very cheap, longer cord. The extra charger is very cheap price too. Has a holder cover for device and easier charge on my dresser. Love Tractive dog tracker because it works. App is easy too and subscription prices are very good too. I used to do monthly, now do yearly. That too is more cost effective than others. They had added other features too. It has a little light too and sound if one needs to use it. I do not do those but keep it on my dog during day and take collar off at night and charge it. It has lately begun to share his breathing rate by way of some algorithm added recently to the app. Its not like smart watch but with my old dog i love that feature. I quit the other name brands advertised out there several years ago when i kept having very bad tech issues. I had years of experiences with them not months. I never had such positive experiences with them inspite of their cute advertisements. My dog has gotten older, but i still keep it on him as dogs age they can need help with their bearings and just in case my dog ever got loose i could track them quickly. Best pet gps location and activity tracker. I am always very surprised that dog owners have not yet discovered how much comfort a gps pet tracker can bring one yet. Even with my cheap sub free mini cam watching him at home, my Tractive tracker keeps up with his activity and daily naps, it helps me gage his health. And if he ever gets loose or lost, while supervised closely, accidents can happen and i could find him quickly with Tractive if I needed to. It also has a setting to record on google map your walks. I use this when i take my dog for a car ride close to home. In my opinion, based on my experiences with the other two names out there, Tractive is the best pet and activity tracker out there. There's no comparison what do ever. I live in a small city area and test it and also keep it updated. Wifi and gps signals will affect them all at some point, but i found Tractive more reliable and will never go back to others and yell others about it of i ger a chance to share. My dog's Tractive is in perfect shape and i have had it for several years.

i have been looking for a tracker for my pets for years and i kept coming back to this one. despite the subscription, i bit the bullet and bought it. i wish i knew the updated version would be released about a month after i bought this, because i totally would’ve bought it instead! it has super accurate tracking. it seems durable so far. and it works without any problems so far! i wanted this specifically for tracking and precise tracking at that. this is probably the most precise tracker out there, and it happens to track my dogs activity, which i use more than i thought i would. sometimes i will get random notifications that my dog is back in the safe zone when she never left to begin with, which is definitely annoying but it still does what i want it to do. i will say if your dog has a pearl collar it’s tricky to put it on their collar, and im looking for a pocket to hold the tracker in that slides onto her collar for easier use. i wish it was smaller, but the newer version is smaller so i can tell the company is always trying to improve their technology. i also wish it was sleeker and less tacky looking, but the newer version is definitely better in that aspect as well from what ive seen. the beep and flashlight are not reliable, because they can take a while to load and the flash isn’t very effective, and the beep is quiet, however it’s useful if you want to train your dog to come to you when they hear the beep. overall the tracking is very accurate and updates within seconds. i would love to see a smaller, sleeker design with less bugs, but this is a great tracker and the tracking works pretty perfectly! it’d be nice to also see a longer battery life in the future, and a sleeker charging station. i was debating getting the fi collar because i prefer the sleeker look, but this is definitely a better option as far as precision and tracking accuracy. i will take a tacky device on my dogs collar over a lost dog. i would recommend this to anyone looking for the most reliable pet tracker on the market.
