Great material. Love the ties in the inside corners to connect to comfort. If you have a taller bed/box spring, go one size larger than the size of your bed. I have a king bed and the King cover does not go past the mattress. Still keeping it. Love color and the feel.

Because I do understand what a DUVET is, the outer aesthetic comforter that HOLDS an insert (weight /warmth of choice). This is really nice for your buck! It is very soft It does have anchors inside to loop to the insert The buttons, have double flap closure so you won't see the insert True to color True to size (again of the insert) Not designed to hang over the bed to the floor, so sizing up would help achieve that look. Myself, we have a light insert, as my husband is a sweaty sleeper, so this duvet added a bit more weight for myself who likes heavier inserts. But was still very cool to him all night (although we are in the middle of "winter" in Arizona) I am sad that they didn't offer a California King size, as I do like the overhang look myself, that is my only complaint. ... show more

    • If you love soft comforters and true earth tones, this is it!

So I bought several other duvet covers looking the perfect one off of Amazon. The first struggle is most are that most aren’t true to color. Instead of earth tones and a true natural, rusty tone, they kept being this ugly pumpkin orange (no offense to pumpkins!) This one is actually the shade of the photos so I adore it! It’s super soft and has almost a suede feel to it. Downsides, it is a bit thin so you want a thicker one, I wouldn’t recommend this one. I love that it’s light and breathes well so it’s perfect to me. The only complaint is that it was literally shipped open in the plastic bag that they cover comes in with just a shipping label slapped on it. By the time it got to me, the zipper had come undone and half of the cover was powdered with blackish whatever grossness is found on the floorboards of a postal truck. It didn’t stain and came out after a wash, but the fabric does bleed so I would wash it separately from any other materials. I’m not sure after the first wash since I haven’t made it that far yet, but just a heads up! Overall I love it and already ordered a second one for my daughter’s bed, I just hope they’ll actually start coming in legitimate shipping packages. 😣 ... show more
