I needed a blanket that would make me feel covered yet not too hot for summertime in Texas. I would say this item could be classified as either a thin blanket or a coverlet. Either way, it's perfect for my needs and I feel comfortable and not too hot when using it. As far as quality goes, it seems to be made well and is soft. The "quilted" pattern is stamped into the fabric as opposed to traditional stitching with thread. I prefer this style because it means my cat won't get his claws stuck in any loose threads when laying on the blanket. For the money, I think it looks very classy. It looks more expensive than it is. I bought the blanket in dark gray, so for anyone wondering about the tone of the dark gray color, it's more of a cool gray (like steel gray). ... show more

For the price, this is really hard to beat. It’s lightweight and airy but keeps me warm when it’s cold, plus the geo grey design looks good. No loose seams so the quality is there. Can see this working good for a quest bedroom or air bnb if that’s your thing.

I received this yesterday and I washed it and put in on my bed immediately. It is super soft, no funky odors and a great size. I would call it a coverlet rather than a quilt. It is lightweight and the colors matched the picture perfectly. What I really like is the fabric. It is super soft but not "plush" ... more smooth.
