My dad purchased this for my mom's anniversary. She has had the same comforter for more years than I care to admit, and every time we have tried to purchase her a new comforter, she hates it. So Dad decided to try a duvet and this one is colors and patterns that she would like. You could see the skepticism on her face when she opened her gift. But when she got up the next morning all she could talk about was what a wonderful duvet cover it is. She said it was soft and that it did not add too much weight to her comforter and she was really happy with it. And the bonus is we no longer have to look at her raggedy old comforter, LOL. It’s a really cute pattern and it feels soft and better quality comprares to most but I still disappointed it’s not the same color as shown. In the picture you would think It’s pale purple/blue but you get it it’s a very soft pink/ almost white. I love this Duvet! It feels like a sheet coming off the clothesline in the winter! I am a hot sleeper so a cool blanket is the best thing ever. I love this set! It's so pretty! I paired with pink sheets and it feels so girly and luxurious. The only issue I had was trying to get the comforter in the cover for some reason. But I love that it has ties to keep the comforter in place!
