Does not fit 2000 xr400. Carb is bigger than rubber boot on head side. Carb is taller and won't clear frame. Disappointing Original on left, replacement on right.

This Carburetor will fit a XR400, however if you’re not patient and mechanically inclined, don’t buy it! It’s a bitch to install! I just want to know if I can run unleaded gas with ethanol, or if I need good old regular leaded gas?
