Horrible product! The first thing I saw when I opened the so called "storage case" was not that everything had its own compartment - no, everything is just tossed inside in a big pile! When you try and read the instruction manual it appears to have been written by a 2 year old eubonics writer with misspellings, seemingly new words and nonsense overall. The oriental influence is evident as well, for example on what may have meant as a caution, they state that failure to be careful may cause injury to fleshy parts and other unprotected areas. Lastly, and the biggest one of all is that it came with its own bug supply! Yes, you got that right, over half a dozen cockroach type creatures came running out when I opened the main container! Do I have to try and find them to return EVERYTHING as Amazon demands? They should be ashamed and will probably not post this so I will have to post elsewhere. ... show more

Low quality materials. Feels cheap but somehow works fine for now, does better job than others out there since has more torque for certain uses (automotive) torque wrench for example. but definitely NEWONE don't care about quality materials/presentation, like teeno tools for example that use a much better quality storage box and overall plastics. Unfortunately the other brands is mostly for home use it lacks power. So for the amount of accesories you get it seems a good deal for a multitool if it lasts long enought (I'm a little concern about the inner plasting ring mechanism that makes the tools hold/work). But maybe you can grab some individual deals and build your own mutitool box of name brands like skill, bosch or d-wal for the same price. Considering obviously just primary tools. Also it does work with other batteries, these are not proprietary so that is a mayor plus over the other options out there. ... show more
