So it's my fault for not looking at the whole description. But this is for little kids. Just like the ones in the description. I mainly bought it for the mallet and lummi sticks. These are good. I needed the mallet for my cowbell and it suits the purpose. You can get some nice sounds out of the lummis and they are good for hitting wood Block or cowbell or cymbal. The block sounds ok. And that's OK for 2nd grade music class. The one thing that also stood out was it has no mounting capabilities. So I'd buy it for my kid but not for my drum set.

Very well.made wooden rhythm block and striker. I love that its solidly constructed of wood. Sanded smoothly. I would definitely buy this again.

These items are plain unfinished wood. The one star is for the sound more than the looks. The wooden mallet/stricker for the wood block is ok, handle thin and short. The woodblock looks good but does not sound like a wood block, not even close. More a high pitched noise than the mellow full sound of a real wood block. The two hotdog sized pieces of wood are definitely not claves. Claves are played by resting one along your palm and outstretched fingers then striking it with the other. One is pretty dead sounding when struck, the other is loud and sharp when struck. So for something kids can make noise with these will do. If you want something that sounds remotely like a wood block or claves pass on these.
