This set of 5 colored mini tambourines might be geared for kids but they are large enough than an adult can hold on to them and use them. The tone isn't as crisp as a professional full size tambourine, but they are better than expected. Having a set of 5 is good for a band to each have their own to play during part of a song, or for a group of carolers to play during certain Christmas songs. The quality of these is pretty good. Fully plastic body with thin metal cymbals or jangles, and obviously there is no head on these since they are an open frame design. Great for kids, youth, and even adults, and the colors are vibrant and add to the fun. I'm pleasantly surprised with the tone, it's not bad at all for something at this price point. At first, I was a little disappointed, because I thought you could hook all these tambourines together, like in the picture. That didn't happen. But they're fun little toys, that sounds quote. I would not like to play back up for The Rolling Stones with these, but these little tambourines can hold their own. Thank you. God bless you and may the rest of your life be the best of your life. These are awesome! My two year old loves them! They are colorful, loud enough and really pretty with the bright colors. I’m buying more for her birthday party at daycare. Only possible negative would be that I can’t buy them by the dozen..
