So. I bought this as a cheap and clean solution to proof my sour dough loaves. It works fine. closes well and seems to be sturdy enough. The only minor problem I have seen, it needs a SERIOUS airing before you can use it around any food. It has quite a smell to it, but one night in my garage took care of that problem.
