Description

Our 16 ounce plastic dispenser bottles are BPA FREE and made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) recycle code 2 plastic and are natural translucent in color. HDPE plastic is known for its durability and strength. While not as clear as other plastics these bottles are translucent and you are able to see your product inside the bottle. These HDPE bottles are able to withstand colder and freezing temperatures very well (-100° F) and higher temperatures moderately well (near 190° F). The screw on cap comes with a foil liner that can be easily removed, if you have no need for it. Cap has an removable foil liner inside that can be used for traveling, gift giving The bottle measures 7-3/4 inches in height with a diameter of 2-3/8 inches with the cap on. The mouth opening of the bottle measures 1-1/8 inch making it easy to fill.

I really enjoy cooking Asian dishes and following the advice of J. Kenji Lopez-Alt, author of THE WOK (and THE FOOD LAB), I decided to try storing my refrigerated Asian sauces in condiment squeeze bottles. I purchased about 24 regular squeeze bottles (like you see in restaurants for catsup and mustard) from Smart & Final for about $25.00, but found them to be too flimsy, messy, and useless without a cap or lid. I stumbled across these bottles and immediately ordered 20. ***They are a bit pricey but so well worth it!! *** The container is made of sturdy material and the snap-up lid is ideal. The mouth of the bottles are about the size of a quarter so they are easy to fill and to dispense. These bottles are very convenient and saves time in the advance preparation for all my stir-fry dishes. I made my own labels from computer address adhesive labels with the name of the ingredient and the expiratiion date and covered them with wide Scotch Tape. These bottles are easy to fill because of the wide opening. I used mine for shampoo and conditioner and stripe them in their lids. They work perfectly - no leaking! These are also easy to open in the shower.

I was really hoping with the flat tops of these bottles that I could store my shampoo and conditioner (that I buy in economy-sized bottles that are too huge for the shower) and I wouldn't have to squeeze and squeeze or wait for a long time for the contents to come out.
