I wear a size 11N and have a difficult time finding shoes that fit my feet. I had ordered these in white and loved how lightweight they were and how they fit my narrow foot, so I decided to order another pair. I wear them as a casual shoe and for day trips with where lots of walking is involved.

My Merrell low hikers have been my go to daily shoe because they go anywhere,. But a friend referred to them as boots, she liked my boots in a pic. I realized I needed something not quite do bold for just walking about daily. That brought me to the New Balance shoe and I wanted black. All the Merrells' are mostly multi color. I liked how the New Balance did not draw attention to my feet. I don't usually wear black pants but I just ordered a pair to see the "look". These New Balance have a pad at the back of the heel that seem to make them perfect grip no slip heels. I plan to wear them daily. Lightweight Not clunky noisy about the house. Good for treading and stairs.

New Balance are the best shoes I've found to relieve my heel pain and these are so cute! They're lightweight and have enough arch support. I will buy them in more colors!

The cushioning is good as is the look of the shoe, but the arch band on the top of the foot makes this a shoe that I can only wear for a couple of hours. Not an all day shoe.

I bought a pair of these in black and loved them so much that I had to buy a pair for my mom. I bought these in gray for her and I absolutely loved the color that I bought another pair for myself. I have wide toes so I bought them in 9 wide and they were unfortunately too big so I had to return them. I usually wear sizes 8 1/2 to 9 depending on the brand and style, so I’m sure 8 1/2 wide would’ve fit better. I have really high arches so I have to put in inserts from my podiatrist, but they are light weight enough that they still look very sleek and stylish. I’ve had my black pair for 3 years. They will last a while if you take good care of them. I highly recommend these shoes. Even my primary care physician wears them so that should tell you something.

New Balance is a great brand with quality products. Loved the black and white combination but there are several choices. Have received compliments every time I wear them. Got the wide width and they fit great!
