I have a 37 DD and so most of the time I’m between sizes. In this bra, this was the case. The large was just a tad too small and the extra large was a tad too loose. Supportive and absorbent. Doesn’t move around much at all which is great for more intense moves. This is definitely a workout bra and not a “don’t feel like wearing an underwire today” kind of bra. It’s not too restrictive, but could be uncomfortable for larger cup sizes.

My daughter will only wear these to school. Says they are comfortable and the adjustable straps are just right offering that support when you're doing sports or exercise.

I originally bought one to try it out. I run and bike a lot and was really pleased, so much so that I bought 2 more. It fits true to size, is comfortable ( don't notice it at all when working out), and like that I can easily wash it ( the cups don't move when you wash it.     • Excellent High Impact Bra for 32DD! But it is tight
This is a VERY supportive sports bra. Too tight for anything other than running. I rarely can find a sports bra snug around my rib cage but full in the cup to contain everything. I got the XS and it is a bit uncomfortably tight and raises my boobs up really high in order to fit inside. Hard to explain. But basically I do not like to wear it for longer than I need to and only for activities when it is really necessary. Can run without bouncing. It is overkill for any lesser activity. Loved the previous version of this bra, which had gel padding in the straps. This one leaves horrible irritated red marks over my shoulders. Otherwise it is a good supportive bra so I may try to doctor it by adding fleece or padding. But I shouldn’t have to. Why can’t athletic wear companies leave good products alone?
