Supportive and absorbent. Doesn’t move around much at all which is great for more intense moves. This is definitely a workout bra and not a “don’t feel like wearing an underwire today” kind of bra. It’s not too restrictive, but could be uncomfortable for larger cup sizes.

This sports bra is THE BEST for petite women who use a larger cup size. It’s been impossible to find a sturdy sports bra that I can comfortably run/jump in and I can do both easily with this sports bra. I got an extra small DD/D and extra small A/C. They both fit nicely. The price is also right. I always liked new balance and im so happy with the quality of this product. The design is also great.     • Excellent High Impact Bra for 32DD! But it is tight
This is a VERY supportive sports bra. Too tight for anything other than running. I rarely can find a sports bra snug around my rib cage but full in the cup to contain everything. I got the XS and it is a bit uncomfortably tight and raises my boobs up really high in order to fit inside. Hard to explain. But basically I do not like to wear it for longer than I need to and only for activities when it is really necessary. Can run without bouncing. It is overkill for any lesser activity.
