  • Wow!
Size: 6 Wide Color: Aluminum Grey/Sea Salt/Copper Metallic
I haven’t bought new athletic shoes in years and needed new ones for my walking routine. I chose these New Balance mainly because they offered a C width and reviews spoke of the comfort. I hate wearing shoes, most hurt my feet, mainly my heels, but these really are as good and comfortable as expressed in reviews. I literally have worn them everyday since they arrived, even at home. My feet have never felt so pampered. I have a high arch and high in-step. My feet are a bit on the wider side as well, thus I chose the wide shoe. I normally wear a 5.5 but I ordered the 6 since I’ve always been told to order athletic shoes half a size larger. Though I could have easily worn a 5.5 in these, I like the bit of extra room. I’m a girlie-girl who loves nice design/styles and these shoes are so pretty for athletic shoes. I chose the gray, white soles but what I really like is the brown/copper tread/toe. I think it just ups the style level a little bit. New Balance, these shoes are great! ... show more

  • New Balance has never failed me!
Size: 9.5 Color: White/Libra/Violet Haze
These are super comfortable and easy to put on/off. I have worn them nearly every day for a couple months and they are wearing quite well. I have even washed them once with no sign of wear. LOVE the subtle color. great support and very light weight. The sole is wide at the toe which gives great stability. I don't turn my ankle wearing these and could walk all day. I have worn them to travel and though you certainly can't just step back into them they do slide on quickly and were great for walking the concrete floors through DFW. ... show more

  • Amazing Arch support! Foot cramping and knee/back pain gone!
Size: 9 Color: Libra/Vibrant Spring Glo/Violet Haze
This is the most I've ever spent on a pair of shoes before, and they are worth every penny. The middle of my foot up in the arch used to always cramp up at the end of the day. These shoes have AMAZING arch support! They press and support my arches into place while giving that central muscle the supported stretch that prevents foot cramps! I also dislocated my knee 5 years ago, and have since had residual on and off again knee pain/random swelling that prevent a full range of motion that has also led to lower back/sciatica pain. That pain has been completely resolved since wearing these daily! I was unsure about the color/style looking at them, but after they arrived I also really love the look! Definitely the best shoes I've ever bought. 100 percent a believer now in the importance of investing in your feet ... show more

  • Lovely, good for wide feet
Size: 11 Wide Color: Black/Thunder/Violet Haze
Having owned many pairs of older New Balance sneakers, I decided to give these a try. I went to a shoe store late in the day, when my feet would be more swollen. They felt very nice. I ordered these one-half size up, typical for sneakers. The look is flattering and it has a wide-toe bed to give those pinkies some space! I ordered wide on Amazon because they didn't have them at the store. Wide would be good if you have bunions. I don't; however, I have very high arches. After wearing them at home for an evening, I found it too tight in the midfoot, which doesn't have a lot of vertical height. Due to that, I only gave it 4 stars for comfort, but I don't have your typical foot. For most women, I think these are worth trying! Very well made. ... show more

  • 1080 v12 is more like it
Size: 8 Color: Black/Neon Dragonfly/Washed Pink
This is the New Balance 1080 that I'm used to. I had purchased a pair of V11 (I had them before) but they were defective in more ways than I can describe. This pair of 1080 V12 is exactly the shoe I've known and loved for years now. I'm a runner (or jogger) and I'm usually out every day. These are comfortable from day one, supplying good support especially in the arch area. The toebox is wide enough that most people would have no problem. I'm very satisfied with this shoe, but be sure you are looking at V12. ... show more

  • Wide enough
Size: 9 Wide Color: White/Libra/Violet Haze
I got the Regular wide due to bone issue so they’re nice. I wish they hard more cushion in the toe area or front of the shoe to make it extra comfy like the Nimbus 25. These are fine for medium to long walks. If you want one for extra long walks, I’d look elsewhere. The white is super nice and clean too. I’m usually a size 9.5W in women’s, there were big and had to get a 9. I probably could have gotten a 8.5w if it was for short-time or casual wear and not for working out. ... show more

  • Plantar fasciitis
Size: 10 Color: Honeycomb/Grapefruit/Maize
I have pretty bad plantar fasciitis and have been on the hunt for shoes that will work for me and be supportive and comfortable. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Period. My feet feel amazing even after wearing them all day working around the house or going to the gym. I ordered another pair in a different color just so I have another option because I will only wear these from now on for working out etc. The heel and the pad of your foot feel like you’re walking on a cushy soft pillow. This gold and pink color that I have , I get so many compliments on. They are super fun! You do need to size up 1/2 size from what you would normally wear. I normally wear 9.5 and I got the 10 based on the recommendation and the fit was perfect. ... show more

  • Supinator/Underpronator
Size: 7 Narrow Color: Night Sky/Vibrant Orange/Vibrant Pink
Since 2001, I've had various kinds of foot pain. Usually when I buy a new pair of sneakers, the pain kind of goes away but then returns about 9 months later. I had bought and worn a pair of Hokas and I had a lot of foot pain. A runner looked at the bottom of those shoes and told me that I was supinating/underpronating. I did research on this and eventually found this shoe, the New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080. I have been wearing these shoes for over a year and my foot pain is completely gone! I went ahead and bought another pair 5 months ago (because Murphy's Law is upon finding a product you love, it will be discontinued). I'm just waiting for some kind of foot pain to start before I start wearing the new pair. The first pair are getting pretty worn-looking. I average 1.5 - 2 miles a day of walking and wear sneakers even more since 2020. The sole is pretty flared, probably too flared for any court sports. I don't care if they look dorky, comfort is my priority. ... show more
