Shoe is super cute. I received many compliments! This purchase was made to have a variety of shoe color choices for work and I trust the brand. I read reviews and determined there was possibility the shoe would fit to size, provide comfort, stylish, and was everything else I needed & wanted. Purchase rated as 4 star due to comfort. I work 12hr shifts on an inpatient unit at hospital; time spent on my feet VS sitting, this shoe did not meet my needs. Granted, I tried every way possible to like the shoe - b/c quite frankly I really do like the shoe, but I value comfort and my feet more. I feel that moderate walking, moderate to little standing, and if I were probably working 8-hour shifts... this shoe may have been put on the favorites rack. I hope that you like your purchase more than I did - and again, this wasn't a bad purchase and would've given 5 star, but I can't justify style VS comfort. Happy Shopping!

I walk two miles daily and the tread on my last couple pairs of shoes wore out within a couple months. After a lot or research I bought these. I wore them around the house for a day to make sure they were comfortable but on my first extended walk the backs of my heals were raw (I wear socks). For the next week I put bandaids on and everything was ok. I then wore them without bandaids and had no more rubbing or blisters. They are otherwise very comfortable and the tread is holding up well.

This is actually the 3rd pair of this shoe that I’ve bought. The first pair, super comfortable and amazing, I accidentally shrunk in the washer. Gave those to my daughter. 2nd pair, I sized up a full size and went wide for fear of shoe shrinking again. Obviously, way too big. Reselling on Poshmark. This, the third and final pair, are perfect. Beautiful, so light and comfortable and so supportive. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts and these shoes are EVERYTHING! 100% recommend. Just don’t wash them 😂😂

I have been looking for a shoe for years that is comfortable enough and lightweight enough for teaching tai chi and qigong -- this shoe is it! I have been wearing thick socks for teaching before I found the Fresh Foam 680 V7. It is not only the fresh foam cushioning technology, it is also how lightweight they are, the general comfort of the shoe, the room in the toe box and feeling almost like a moccasin I would say -- just sooooo comfortable in every respect, yet beautifully supportive. (How'd they do that???) The laces length is just right. It's a good idea to loosen the laces a bit from the way they arrive before trying on. The mesh material all around the front and sides is great for this shoe's ultra and breathable comfort too! It is necessary to buy a whole size up -- I tried my size, 8 W, then 8 1/2 W, but 9 W was the right size in this style -- these variations of sizing between styles seems to be typical for New Balance sizing, but Amazon's "Prime Try Before You Buy" was very helpful to happily get the right size. If you get the wrong size, for one thing, the area around the laces will be widened and the laces will seem too short. If you get the right size, you'll love them! C'mon . . . Amazon has packageless returns or exchanges now -- it's easy! Please don't settle for a shoe that doesn't fit correctly. It makes me sad reading people think the shoe will stretch or the size they ordered will just make do. That's not comfort. As a foot reflexologist, the first thing I learned is that you won't break your shoe in, the shoe will break your foot in -- not good. Orthotics fit nicely underneath the shoe inserts. They slip on easier using a small shoe horn, which can be purchased for $5 at any shoe repair store. The way they fit like a glove around the heel is worth this small trouble! I purchased 6 pairs in different colors -- 2 of them dedicated to just my tai chi/qigong personal practice and for teaching my classes. The colors are beautiful and snazzy! Thank you Amazon and New Balance! Please keep producing these Fresh Foam 680 V7's New Balance!

I ended up sending the shoes back. Nice looking but the size is smaller then normal. And it had a tag saying wide, and it was not wide in my opinion. But it was light weight. They were very nice about returning the shoes.

I got a lot of different New Balances shoes in different styles and sizes and this one was perfect! Had good cushion and arch support. I've been wearing them for a little over a month and they're really easy to clean as well. I just took a wet paper towel and wiped them down and looked good as new!

I usually wear 7-71/2. I ordered the 7 1/2 and they were too small. I ordered the eight. I have never worn an 8 before in a sneaker. Otherwise, I love these sneakers.
