This was my first time using the Prime Try Before You Buy option. I decided to try it after having trouble finding a decent pair of sneakers via online shopping. I probably didn’t need to do that with these shoes, since they were New Balance, a quality product. But, looking at the images, I wasn’t sure about the ankle area or if they would feel solid. They do! But, I am still grateful I had the opportunity to try them on before actually purchasing them. It was a lot to spend on another pair of just “meh” sneakers. I will definitely be using the try before you buy again. And definitely staying a New Balance fan, as they consistently provide cute, supportive sneakers that are worth the investment.

From someone who is in flip flops 24/7, 365, shoes super suck on my feet! THESE, these are the most comfortable tennis shoes I’ve ever worn! I bought them for a trip to the UK in Oct. I walked around in these for miles without ever wearing them in…because I can not stand wearing shoes! They are super light, plain (which I love) and just cozy!

Like the sneakers, they look nice and narrow. Just wore them today at work for the 1st time , I'm on my feet for most of the day. Shoes are comfortable, soft and very light, my felt free. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the cushion although soft, material makes feel smelly. In general I don't have smelly feet, but I guess any shoe that has some memory foam in it will cause this discomfort. Other than that, I recommend these.

Cute sneakers for gym/ everyday wear. Not very comfortable. The memory foam is very thin and more dense/stiff than my other New Balances. I think there are way better sneakers for the same price.

I normally love new balance because they are always comfortable. But these dynasoft shoes are insanely narrow and HARD. I normally buy a 7-7.5 regular and that is comfortable. Based on reviews saying it was narrow, I bought a 7.5 wide. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe past the laces section because they were so narrow and there is no stretch in the center of the shoe. Also why have laces just for show? You can't tighten these at all.

The media could not be loaded. Many people said it didn't fit right. I didn't find that to be the case. It fit true to size. However, shoes are VERY poorly made. The quality was very disappointing. See video. It was okay for comfort, but didn't have much cushion/ support. Sadly, not the New Balence I remember.
