You will need to go a size up but I really like the shoes. They are comfortable and correctly position the placement of my feet. In other words I feel more balanced in my stance and the shifting of my weight is steady in these shoes.

Nice wide toe bed, so many tennis shoes are tight in the toe bed. Drives me nuts with the neuropathy I have in my left toes. These are so comfortable. Liner is removable so can insert my orthopedic or can leave it in fits both ways! Color is cute. Great quality & support. I went up a whole size because of the reviews and I’m glad I did because they do fit nice but, if I didn’t read the reviews and size up, I would be pretty irritated. I got these for jogging and I haven’t tried jogging in them yet but they are pretty comfy for walking around the house. I have really high arches and narrow-long feet. The arches do not offer enough support for me so I will be adding extra arch support. For my narrow feet they fit well with the standard width, but if you have exceptionally wide feet, these are not the shoes for you. I get 20-40k steps a day on concrete for work and I typically wear barefoot shoes for that, with added arch support. I don’t think I could wear these to work due to the constricting support. Don’t get me wrong that’s exactly what I wanted for jogging- extra support, but for casual walking long days I really like to have freedom to wiggle my toes and move my body in ways these do not allow like my barefoot shoes. I purchased this pair about 4 months ago, I wanted to wait before I write a review. I have been using them mostly for running short distances and I love it. They fit great, are comfortable and have zero blisters. They are breathable and very lightweight, I think best for runs under 10k. I only do 5k now and only once a week but they look still brand new.
