I ordered these shoes on sale as one of the last pair's and there was a defect inside one shoe. No problem, they sent out the very last pair they had to me and all was great! They did it very quickly and at no additional cost either. I was told to keep the defective pair and donate them. I'm not sure who has one high arch and one shoe with no arch, but I guess someone out there could have defective feet, or two different feet. I only gave 4 stars simply because I am having surgery in a few days and will not be hiking or running any time soon. But they look and feel great! And at the sale price you could hardly go wrong. I just can't speak about the durability yet. I have had other NB shoes and will tell you they are some of the best shoes I have ever had in my life, if not the best shoes! I can't say enough good things about NB shoes and thier customer service was excellent!

New Balance always fit as expected and are great for my morning walk each day. I get quite a few miles on each pair I purchase as I walk about 2 miles a day 7 days a week. I go through a pair or two a year. Until I started using New Balance, I was really suffering with back pain all the time. Now I can do my daily walk and not worry about my back. I won't purchase another brand.

I have been buying NB shoes for years. These are a little bit of a different style than what I’ve been wearing. They are very comfortable and lightweight but seem to have plenty of support. It’s important to me to have a lot of tread on the soles. I don’t run but sometimes I walk in gravel or loose rock. The only reason I have to replace my old New Balance shoes is that I wear them slick on the bottom. The rest of the shoe is fine. I hope these hold up as well.

These shoes solved my feet issues! I have some serious overpronation and am on feet all day. I was having a hard time find a pair of shoes that didn’t leaving me limping after a long day at work. These have solved that issue and I no longer have arch and ankle pain. Warning though these shoes doesn’t have the best grip I work in a slippery environment and have slipped quite a few times on wet floors so I make sure to be extra aware of that.

I was ever so excited to find these shoes. However as it States they are women's shoes they aren't, I got mine delivered today and they almost don't even fit my 12 year old. I purchased them for me for work because I need some work shoes. I ordered one size extra too big because I know how sizing works. But they were still way way way too small. However these tiny shoes are children's shoes Not women's.

I have a pair of NB 410v5 that I love, so when they started to wear out I thought I'd get some new ones. Bought the v7 ones now available but they squeak a lot, which I could get over but even though they are the same size as the v5 pair they don't fit the same. They seem too long and aren't as comfortable.
