i like them a lot. they get complimented often and look good with any outfit. they are perfectly comfortable for daily casual shoes. i would not suggest them for a running or training shoe.

Out of the box, these fit better than I was expecting. I did go a full size up, opting with 13 EE rather than my normal 12 EE, and this was the right choice. I wear 12EE in the classic New Balance styles (574? Something like that). But these are smaller in the foot opening as well as narrower than that style/cut of shoe. So 13 EE fits perfectly, I can slide my foot in and out without untying, and the shoe isn't gonna fall off. They are very light and comfortable, especially after loosening the laces. I don't think these would hold up to major abuse or running, but as a casual sneaker for around town, I think they'll do just fine. I also don't think you should be jumping in puddles in these shoes either, else you'll be left with some very wet feetπππ

I have bought this line of shoe two times before, itβs a very comfortable shoe. Really gives a lot of support. Got a new pair today in the mail and was disappointed to find that the rear pull strap was ripped. I hope the quality of the product has not diminished with this new style. No real way to contact New Balance without fully retuning the shoe which seems like an overblown reaction. I wish there was a better way for Amazon to allow customers to simply receive a discount for damaged products.

The New Balance Fresh Foam X Cruz V3 Running Shoes were a huge disappointment. I was a big fan of the ROAV line of New Balance shoes, and these looked to be a better-looking version of them. I was happy to give them a try and expected them to perform the same, especially since they are marketed as a "running shoe". I don't need much since I'm not a pro-runner by any means, just need something to keep up with my daily walk/jog. But these were absolutely horrible even for walking. The heal of them does not provide enough support to hold the shoe on. They constantly feel like they are going to fall off. I tried tightening the shoelaces, and loosening them, but never could feel confident with their hold. Imagine running in slippers and constantly adjusting your stride to try and keep your shoes on. That's what happens with these. So, the awkward support leads you to not walk with a normal stance and I ended up with pain in my ankles and hips. Definitely not a "running shoe" and nowhere near as good as the Roav version of New Balance... These were a waste of money; I do not recommend and wish I had returned them immediately. Since I'm out the money and lost trust, I purchased an Under Armour shoe to try next. Goodbye New Balance.
