Absolutely amazing shoes, I was intentionally ignoring trying these shoes from last couple of years because they are heavy on paper, but I’m completely wrong about them after wearing those. They are still little heavy, however as soon as you wear them you would not really feel that on these shoes somehow. They are super stable for mild & over pronates, enough cushioning for the feet & durable grip on the bottom. Secure fit and true to the size. Only con is, upper is little thicker on these shoes which makes your feet warm after that initial 3-5miles. Perfect shoes for walk, jog & run but not for pacing. ... show more

The New Balance Men’s Fresh Foam X 860 V14 Running Shoe has become my go-to. The stability is excellent, and the design feels both supportive and modern. I especially love the wide version—it gives me the perfect fit without feeling tight or restrictive. I now own them in a few colors because this has quickly become my favorite model in the 860 line. I’ve used Asics in the past, but I prefer the way these New Balance feel overall. They work just as well for all-day wear as they do for running or even hiking in the park.
