Arrived brand-new. They fit wonderfully. Plenty room for toes. Almost as light as a thick pare of sox and just as comfortable. Very vertically stable.. running.. walking.. standing. I am almost 80 and have not found many that have the fit and Tread-grip as these NewBalance 520 v9 shoes. I like them so much that I bought Second Pair.. every other day swap to make the wear even longer. The swap-wear gives double time to get "fresh air" to the insides of the shoes. Thus, 2pairs will last as long as 3pairs! :)

So I'm a female and wear size 9.5 wide width in women's. I have found that women's new balance size is sometimes not wide enough and a smidge small length wise. Now if I were to go up a size it would be just to long. So I've had to look into men's sneakers 😂. I've been buying men's new balance size 8 / 8.5 wide width /Xtra wide for awhile now. It's been perfect! I replace the thin inserts with super feet inserts and they work perfect! I walk , squat , pull pallets around for about 8 hours and these have held up well. Great support in the heels and arch (especially with inserts) . My feet are not fatigued like they used to be. Love the style. Traction - not the best when it's icy and snowy 😆.

I love NB they are comfortable and fit me well. I especially like Fresh Foam styles but the sole on this shoe did not work for me. I usually get 860 this is 520. I need to pay more attention. Great color.

Very happy with these shoes for fit and comfort...I am a small size 12 meaning some 12's are too large but, I seldom find an 11.5 that feels large enough. The last ASICS and Under Armour I've bought in size 12 were to snug in the toe box. I can't stand a cramped toe box. These fit perfect. I don't run so I can comment on these for running but, for a walking shoe the cushioning is perfect as well. Soft enough to absorb shock but still feel supportive. Got these on sale for $44....will buy another pair as soon as I see them on sale again.

Probably the most lightweight and comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The rubber sole is ultra-pliable, and its waffle-like tread grips any surface with ease. The mesh upper is super-breathable - actually allowing you to feel the breeze on your feet - and keeps your feet cool. The support is above average and gives a nice 'spongy' feel to the stride. The only addition I'd like to see is a loop at the back to help pull the shoe onto the foot. Overall, these simply feel like a second pair of socks, but with better support and traction.

After just a month of daily 3 mile walks, my big toe has poked a hole through the front of these shoes. Now I have to find a patch. Really detracts from the durability of these otherwise comfortable walking shoes.
