The shoe was comfortable but it broke and became useless (see pic) after about ten uses. I'm only a casual player so I can't imagine how quick it would break for a more serious player. Purchased the sneaker to play tennis. When I put the sneaker on I noticed the width was too tight. Instead of returning them to Amazon, I went to a New Balance Store in Naples, Florida. They informed me that the sneaker was not a first rate New Balance sneaker. When I tried on the same exact sneaker in the store, it fit perfectly. These are my "go to" tennis shoes. I play 3x+ per week and I've tried many others models and brands. The 806 works best for me. The stability sole helps keep my heel planted without worrying about rolling my ankle. The white color is fine and very traditional.
