We struggle to find wide/extra-wide sneakers that are also stylish for our 11 year-old, so I was thrilled to find these New Balance 574 extra-wide on here! Oftentimes we will order a sneaker (Adidas, Nike, other New Balance) that says it's extra-wide in the description, only to discover upon arrival that neither the sneaker or box indicates wide width and the fit confirms it. These are legit extra-wide and they fit my son's size 10 feet perfectly! Love New Balance and while the men's wide colorway selection is limited compared to the men's medium width and kids, these are still stylish and you can't go wrong with black! My son loves them and says they are very comfortable, which eases my stress about finding him a good fitting sneaker that he actually likes. I treat with Crep Protect right out of the box, which repels dirt and water, making them look newer for longer 😉 ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: At my job I do A LOT of walking around and go through a pair of shoes every 3-5 or 6 months. I have bought shoes from them a few times and they always send me 2E and never 4E. Even when I return them and they send a new one out its NEVER the correct width.
