I purchased this after searching for privacy screens to give some extra privacy on my front porch. (I'm waiting for my new patio furniture) It's an excellent product for privacy! It is very heavy so be careful when assembling it. It was easy to assemble and looks great on my porch!

They really add sophistication to my patio that it never had with the vinyl lattice it replaced. They are very sturdy and the finish is smooth and attractive even close up. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that some of the holes didn’t line up. I bought two and on the second I was literally hammering the top piece (don’t recommend this method). The weight made it difficult when the holes didn’t line up. It’s best if you have 2 people but, that said, I’m a 62 year old female and I managed it on my own. I also wish there was a way to add more sections. I could use another 2 feet. Addendum: I bought two more 2 foot sections from another vendor. Was very disappointed. The pattern was the same but the cuts were not precise and the finish was rough. The pics show my nearly completed project (without the rough screens). The screens are secured by cement blocks. Recommend securing them down if you have gusty wind in your area. They don't budge now. And everyone loves them. ... show more

It was mis-delivered across the street from me, so I had the joy of lugging it back to my house, which wasn't too fun since this thing is pretty heavy! Wasn't too bad putting it together, but do your wrists a favor and use a ratchet drive hex and ditch the supplied "wrench" for something that won't bend under the slightest pressure. It comes with 4 anchors that you could use to bolt it down to decking, but I have not done that yet. The thing is so heavy, it hasn't budged from where I placed it. I may bolt it down before hurricane season arrives, though, so I don't have to move it. ... show more

We purchased to block wiring and meters on a wall by our pool. This was a perfect solution. It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and looks nice! You could probably hang plants from the top edge if you secure it to the ground.

Yes, it was very easy to build. I did it alone as a 49 year old female. It is heavy but since it is broken up into different parts it’s not too heavy. You just can’t lift it once it’s built so be sure to assemble it exactly where you want it to go. The highest level tier was tricky. I got on a step stool for that. It works for me because I don’t need to bolt it down. See pics. I was able to tuck it under the ledge for stability. I also hid bricks inside the planter and pushed it against it. Because my ledge has good height to it, I don’t think this will fall over. Having said that, it would have been too difficult for me to bolt it down. I don’t know how I would do that. Looks wise it’s just awesome. It looks like one of those custom expensive gates. It looks just great. It gives me a sense of privacy but it’s not that private. I do have a window on the other side of it so now when I look out the window I see the fence instead of the busy street. It also blocks out the ugly building across the street. I feel it could be better if it was an actual door. That way I can block my entrance and come in and out of it. Also can be better not having to bolt it down (which I got lucky with that ) and lastly, it’s not cheap. I think the price can come down some and if it does, I’ll be buying more!! This is my favorite design from all of them because it actually looks like one of those designer gates you may see around. The others look nice but the lines make it modern. ... show more
