These are sheets of yesteryear. They have the good old fashioned actual elastic around the sheets so that the sheet stays on the bed. Our new mattress is 21” deep and the sheets more that wrap over the bed and tucks up underneath the bed. No more loose sheets, sheets sliding off the bed. Our bed adjusts and the sheets stay in place. Look at the elastic and snug fit. I’ll definitely order these again! 🙌🏻

Prepare for my long review! This is the kind of review I wanted when I was reading reviews so this is what I’m going to give you. Pros: SIZE. This was my biggest concern. I needed something to comfortably fit my deep mattress and topper. Size reference in the pictures of both fitted and loose sheet. My biggest thing was people mentioning how long the loose sheet was. I don’t need a super long loose sheet but I’d sure as heck like one that covers the entire mattress width wise. And I will say, this does. I included both sides with the tape measure so you can see that it covers BOTH sides completely (unlike my previous sheets). HOWEVER, it will NOT cover a mattress any thicker than mine. The fitted sheet has a bit extra to tuck under which is exactly what I wanted. I took a picture stretching it so you can estimate how much deeper your mattress can be than mine. These sheets are soft! I’m not a big fan of microfiber but these don’t snag any dry skin (thank goodness) so I will go with them. I couldn’t find any comparable deep sets in cotton. They wash well! I washed and dried them before putting them on. No seam damage or anything that I could tell. Granted, it’s been one time. Cons: A bit wrinkly. Could be because I left them in the drier too long. Whatever. This isn’t a big deal for me because who even sees wrinkly sheets. Microfiber. I prefer the feel of 100% cotton. Oh well. A bit of an odd smell out of the package. Went away in the wash so no biggie. I will keep this review updated as I use these more and more. If there is no update below this text, I’m still loving them! I even bought a second color because I’m just so relieved to find sheets that don’t come untucked and that I have to strain myself and the sheets to retuck every day.

Ok, you're probably thinking, "What gives? A negative headline but a 5-star rating? Does this person not know how ratings work?" Hear me out... I hate these sheets. Every time I lay on them I wish I hadn't bought them. BUT, everything that I hate about them is a matter of preference. Here are the good parts: 1) These sheets are extremely economical. You can't beat the price. 2) These sheets seem well-made. We haven't had any problems with quality. 3) These sheets are a really pretty color and I'm very happy with how they look. 4) These sheets have very deep pockets and really fit our tall, tall mattress well. Here's what doesn't work for me: I LOVE the feel of crisp, smooth sheets. I like a set of sheets that, if you move to an untouched area, feel cool under your face or your arm. These sheets have none of that. I could see someone with tastes other than mine LOVING these sheets. They might say, "they're so SOFT!" (they are), or "they're really cozy!" To me, they're hot and clingy. Every time I move, I'm like "Ugh. Still warm and soft, and I can't get away from it." They're a synthetic sheet (not their fault - I knew what they were when I bought them, but I was taking a chance). This means that they have enough static electricity out of the dryer that they could light up Cleveland (sorry, Cleveland, you're a perfectly nice city, no offense meant). I fold them, and they crackle with the anticipation of causing me another night of regrets. I wish these were bad sheets, so I could toss them out with a gleeful "Buh-bye!" However, they mock me by being of sturdy enough stock that I would feel guilty for discarding them, especially considering that I've only had them for 6 months. They stand up to washing well, and they're just as annoying as they were fresh out of the package, damn it. They don't even have the decency to look bad. My bed looks great every day. To whomever made these frustrating sheets, please make a set JUST like them out of 100% cotton, so we can be vendor-consumer best friends. Please?

Finally, a sheet set that really has deep pockets that stay! YAY! So, here is our situation...we have a split Cal King SleepNumber bed that is 12" deep. Doesn't sound so bad, but our bed is an adjustable at both ends and each side works independent of the other, so I can have both head and feet raised while my husband is still in a flat position. This inevitably means that we either need to get split sheets (2 singles) OR find sheets that truly have DEEP POCKETS! Finally, we found these :) I much prefer having one fitted sheet on the bottom as opposed to two and these are the only sheets that stay without a problem. I am thrilled! One thing I would request of the company though is that they make sheets that are not so very thin; even if I had to pay more for them, I would be very interested! If you don't like thin sheets, these are not for you. If you like thin sheets, soft sheets, and sheets with deep pockets, these are for you!

I have a very large mattress and my old sheets kept coming off the corners, almost every time we slept. These sheets have the extra deep corners and they have never,not once, come off the corners. I will be buying another set or 2 very soon, just have to get the wife to tell me what color(s). Other than fitting well they are standard sheets, nothing fancy or special but very practical and do exactly what they are supposed to do.
