If you want it to look plush like the ad photos, you will have to have a very thick and plush duvet insert or you may have to put two duvet inserts into the cover. The cover is easy to wash and once washed and dried will not hold a ton of wrinkles. It doesn't have a zipper closure so be ready for a bunch of buttons. I personally like cotton duvet covers, but I wanted something affordable for my guest room so I went with this option. I bought this duvet cover along with matching sheets and new pillows for my mom. She loves it and for that, I can't thank Nestl enough. The only issue of why it wasn't 5 stars is that I want them to be aware of a defect with this duvet cover. It was missing a tie in one of the corners. i cut a piece of an old pillow case and sewed it on because i couldn't wait for a replacement. It may have been just mine, but I just wanted the company to be aware and look into it. I have been searching for a perfect duvet cover since I recently moved, and so far this is a favorite. After washing, it is SO soft! I love that they included the strings to tie to my comforter to prevent it from sliding down. The only thing I can say is the color is off, I was looking more for a beige tone and it's more on the yellower side (can't really tell in photo). This is a gorgeous duvet cover, so soft! Unfortunately it came with a large oil stain and I do not know how to get a refund :/ it’s not a huge deal, I just flipped that side over. It’s also not completely wrinkle-free, but there is significantly less wrinkling than previously owned duvet covers.

This duvet cover is very soft and comfortable. The rust color is very accurate to the product photos. However, the seams aren’t done very well and the ties are already unraveling after one wash. I can see having to repair loose/undone seams in a year and already plan to replace the ties after the next wash. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase since this is a very affordable duvet, but it would’ve been nice to have the ties last more than one wash. ... show more

So I put it in the dryer on the instant refresh cycle (adds a bit of steam) and it came out great. It is a light weight cover so I think even I’ll use it over a blanket once it gets warmer. I absolutely love this duvet cover. It was a little difficult to put on solo because it is so soft and patternless but once it was on it fit like a glove. I didn't have an excess on the sides like with my last cover, it has plenty of buttons to keep it secure at the bottom and the softness is unreal! I sleep so much better now, it's super comfy!!
