Customer services is 5 stars. I use this wrap every day for my 2 month old. Wish they would make a matching carrying case like wildbird has to keep it protected and consolidated when not in use. Update: Been using this for 6 months now. Also have a very expensive tula. But this one is easier and more comfortable for this stage of baby wearing. Definitely worth the money and this is probably our most used baby item.

This baby carrier is a must have! I just had my third baby and I wish I had this with all of them! I’m so glad I bought it. It’s just like the Mabē but at a more affordable price! It is so much more comfortable than my Moby wrap and another structured carrier I have. My back doesn’t hurt and it’s so simple to use and to fold up and put in the diaper bag! I love that the straps can be rolled up nicely in a band that holds it together too. I got the green one, and like another review said, the green band that holds the straps from being too long is a bright green which isn’t as aesthetically pleasing but it doesn’t bother me. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Baby feels nice and secure!

My absolute favorite carrier! And I own multiple different name brand carriers. The cotton is so soft and perfect for the warmer months. It fits great and never makes my back hurt like some other brands do *cough cough* baby bjorn. My daughter never complains when I put her in this thing and almost always falls asleep. We use it all the time! Great quality!

Everything looks nice, I like the Velcro on this compared to Mabe. It’s super easy to use and fits amazingly comfortable. But overall I still like babe more. The only thing that I don’t like about this carrier was the band that holds the straps. The band is a bright green color and it doesn’t even blend in with the straps. I didn’t even realize the color till I received the item so I went ahead and returned it. I think there’s white or black one would look nicer, in my opinion.
