BEST ever magnetic hooks!!! These things are unbelievable! They look great and the magnetism is amazing! These were a great purchase. You have to assemble by screwing in the hook to the magnetic base but no biggie. Tough!! We use them on our Tim roof to hang outdoor lights, in the kitchen for drying dish rags, to hang calendars and in our shop!

These little hooks are super strong!! While the hooks are smaller than expected. They definitely have a strong magnetic hold. Perfect for lockers, or holding notes. I haven't used them for very heavy items but based on the strong hold I think it will hold up to the pounds listed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These magnetic hooks were one of the most useful things we packed for our cruise! We used them every day to hang hats, lanyards, swimsuits, backpacks, and even wet towels. They held everything securely without sliding or falling, and they helped keep our cabin organized since cruise rooms don’t have much storage space. They were strong, easy to move around, and left no marks behind. I highly recommend these to anyone cruising; they’re a simple, inexpensive item that makes a huge difference!

These are strong magnets, and installation was easy, but it definitely doesn’t hold 40lbs…

They are great for my needs, the right heel, looks, design and color options with the 30lb pull makes this a fantastic product for both home and work.

These little magnets are handy to have around. The magnet size I purchased is: approximate 2cm diameter base; 2 cm hook; when the magnet is affixed to a metal surface, it protrudes 3cm. I use these for hanging things like spare keys and fly swatters. The hook is just wide enough to fit a hanger. I have used these to hang clothes while I am using a hand steamer. A plastic hanger with a garment is about as much weight as this will hold before it starts sliding, at least on my fridge. If these were used on a solid steel surface, perhaps they would hold 40lbs? I’m not running a test lab here but that seems pretty heavy for the size of the magnet. For light objects these are sturdy and have a good magnetic grip. I think they would be useful for small tools, baseball caps, empty tote bags, etc.

I'd like to start by saying that I did find these rather useful on our family cruise. Being able to hang towels and swim suits and a bag for trash was a step about the last cruise we took. That being said, "85lbs" (as claimed in the title) a stretch lol These hooks really couldn't handle 2 wet towels at once. I assume they might mean 85lb capacity in total which might be obvious once I think about it, but the way they worded the title made it seem like it could be each hook could hole 85lbs No doubt they worded it like this on purpose so I'd say it was just a bit misleading. Overall, I'm happy with the product. Just consider other options if you have to hang something that's heavier than two wet towels.
