The product still gets four stars because if you know, you know. Everyone who gets into this basically makes their own crucible grabbing tools. The "Lifting tongues" that come with the kit will work (kinda). The handles are aluminum tubes which are weak and the tongues, although good for lifting the crucible out of the furnace aren't formed to the shape of the crucible which upon being heated is vulnerable to damage. ... show more

    • Dual Blburners dont deliver gas equally.

Top burner never works. They include a wishbone gas distributor that doesnt deliver propane equally to the top and bottom. Either that or mine came defective.

Item arrived disheveled in box with broken pieces. Then when I wanted to return it, they may be paid to ship it back. $40 to ship it back.
