I love the pockets for cell phone or whatever. The legs don’t ride up, and for me, they are not too short nor too long. I am 5’4”. These are great if your weight fluctuates too. Originally I purchased size Medium since that's what I normally wear in leggings and shorts and they were huge. I returned and got smalls and they fit a lot better. They're not super tight so not sure how they would do for intense activity but they work fine for me for lounging and walking. I have been wearing the Neleus Compression Shorts for several years. I buy large, because I don't like them tight, especially over my injured hip (nerve damage). With two-way stretch, they fit nicely and are quite comfortable. The pockets are handy for shopping, one for my credit card and the other for my car key. They are reasonably priced; I had six, now I have nine. I won't have to wash as often! They are part of my go-to-get-dressed-quickly attire. They never appear wrinkled. I have these shorts in a longer style and they are very nice. I wanted these for swimming in natural bodies of water while out OHV or hiking. They are shorter than advertised, and the hem is a bit tight. If you try to loosen the hem by stretching it, it quickly breaks and unravels and then the shorts don't stay down on your thigh.
