For the 40 dollar price tag, this table top dolly is a fantastic value. Sure, It’s got it’s faults, but it’s only 40 bucks! It comes in three pieces. The metal base with wheels, a ball head and a phone clip. An instruction manual is also included. The base is where most of the quality is built in. It is well made out of aluminum with rubber on the wheels. The ball head is metal and of average quality. The phone clip is surprisingly cheap quality. It’s made of plastic and doesn’t seem like it belongs with this setup. Once put together it works well. I was able to do dolly pushes and pulls. It’s capable of doing many types of moves, including rotating around a subject or shooting panoramas. It’s tough to make repeatable rolling moves without using some type of guide such as marks or physical stops. I have a higher quality ball head that fits on this so that will be an option for me. I also have a high quality, metal phone clip that I will definitely use instead of the included plastic one. This is a cool tool to have in my video toolbox. It allows me the opportunity to get shots I wouldn’t be able to pull off otherwise. At this price point buying this dolly is a no-brainer. NEEWER did not disappoint with this dolly, other than the phone clip that is! I’d love to see a nicer clip included in future releases, but the included cheap plastic one does work. You have to push this thing with your hand? It's useless. There are motorized ones for an additional $30. If I had known you had to push it, i would never have wasted my money.
