Slider speed is slow even at 100% and it also has micro jitters every shot needs stabilization no matter how I set track tension I had issues.

This is my first motorized slider and it is simple to use and setup. This kit comes with everything needed to get started including battery, charger, a ball head quick release system for the slider and all the cables for all camera brands to auto shoot when programming motion in the app. I love the longer length so you have plenty of track so you can get a long take while filming. The carbon fiber build makes it light weight and durable. You can also do panning shots by adjusting the middle rod so the camera will pan left or right while going from one side of the sider to the next. For half the price as other sliders this Neewer slider can compete with good smooth motion like it should. The app is easy to use and setup but I'd recommend getting the remote. Depending on what you are shooting having your remote be tied down the entire cycle of the motion is a no go for me. The app has time lapse programing, A to B (you can set points to go back and fourth) or manual mode. For its length I typically use 2 tripods or use it on a flat surface to get the best stable footage. My only con is the carry case although I know it keeps my investment protected it just feels a little flimsy in my opinion but I guess they had to cut cost somewhere. I have no worries as I have tossed it in my truck to go on shoots with other camera equipment and it is still in tact but just wanted to point out how the carry case felt cheap. Other than that I high recommend for those who are just starting out their film journey and in need of a good reliable slider. ... show more
