Cheap enough but it doesn't really do much. It doesn't go around your neck easily or massage the shoulders at all. I have turned this thing every which way and the only place I can get any relief, is on the outside of my neck, I would like to massage my shoulders, but I can't figure out how to. If all you want to do is massage the sides of your neck,then this is for you. Otherwise Save your money and get something else

I saw this massager on Instagram (whether this one or one just like it), though I hesitated to purchase via the IG link because of the scammer vendors on there. I was happy to find this on Amazon; go figure! It was $15 or so, and I figured, what the heck? Let's give it a shot. And you know what, it's pretty good. Is it perfect? No. Does it take some getting used to? Yes. Does it feel cheap? Yes. Will it last forever? Probably not. That said, you can turn the massage heads to work from top to bottom, or from back to front, and really pin down those buggy neck muscles. I have knots in my neck from "tech-neck" and this massager puts good pressure on them and helps ease headaches. I'm pretty impressed with this item considering the cost!

I can do a better massage with my hands or having my wife help or vice versa. This WILL pull your hair to when it rolls. It's very cumbersome as well.

So it took several tries to figure out how to use it, and even then I'm not really sure I'm doing it right. It's OK, seems more gimmicky than anything. Didn’t really work for me the way I hoped. Wouldn’t order again.
