As someone with dust allergies in the construction industry, this has helped lessen the number of times I have to blow my nose. I notice I sneeze less often when I cover my face with this as it prevents a lot of dust from getting in my nose. I purchased these gaiters to pull up over my nose to keep out the dust during outdoor activities, hiking, etc., and also to keep the sun off my neck. They are nice quality and lightweight for summer wear. Mine came with the finished stitched hems as shown in the photo. For purposes of wearing around the neck, they would be fine, but they were much too loose to wear over my nose. Unless I pulled them all the way up over the top of my head, the gaiters kept falling off my face. My husband has a medium-sized face and they were a bit too loose for him also. I ended up ordering a different style with a drawstring to keep the gaiter in place. ... show more

After mowing id always have an allergy attack, with this I can easily breath and it keeps me from breathing in stuff. I thought I only wanted just 1 but having a 4 back is great because now I can rotate them out if I forget to wash after use.
