I’m a little annoyed, because this binder came up when I was searching specifically for a D-ring binder, and I couldn’t really tell from the pictures that this was not, in fact, what I was looking for. That’s more on the fault of Amazon’s algorithms and my poor eyes, however, so I won’t let that impact the rating. That aside, this seems like a solid binder to store my cards in for the price. I’ve re-ordered several of these in different colors to organize my MtG collection and they’re great. The only issue I’ve experienced is the first or last page of inserts getting bent around the rings (they’re round instead of D-shaped), which can damage the cards if you’re not careful. It helps to either store them with the binding facing up like in the photo, or to use some cheap sheet lifters to keep the pages from sliding under the rings. The rings can be a bit tricky to open if you have a full binder, since there aren’t any tabs to pop them open and you have to pull them apart, but they’re sturdy and stay closed. The outside is a durable pleather material that has a nice texture, and the inside has a softer fabric that won’t stick to the inserts. The construction, stitching, and zipper are all quite solid and I predict they’ll last a while. Vibrant color options and a fabric strap that makes them easier to grab. ... show more

I'm new to collecting photo cards, and this suits my needs splendidly. It works like a regular binder and functions manually, but it's very easy to use. Pulling one ring apart opens all three, and pushing one back together snaps them all securely shut. They line up precisely. The cover feels adequately thick and sturdy, and it looks great. There's a different image on the front and back plus tiny onions along the spine, all of which are adorable, and the interior is soft and padded. A generous amount of display pages are included. They're flexible and thin enough to see through clearly, but they seem very durable too. I chose the larger version, so each page has 3 rows of 3 slots. The slots are open at the top, but every individual slot has a separate opening, which is nice. My photo cards fit perfectly and snugly inside. They stay in place even when I tilt the album. It zips fully closed, so if any cards did somehow slide out, they wouldn't get lost. I noticed just two small issues. One, there were a few light indentations on the front and back covers, but they're not very noticeable. Two, the material around the base of the rings appears slightly jagged, as if they forced the rings through the fabric instead of cutting out neat holes for them. That likely sounds worse than it looks though. I didn't even notice for awhile, and upon close examination, I still think it'll hold up fine with normal use. I just like to be thorough, but I'm ultimately satisfied with the quality of this album for the price. My photo cards look lovely inside, and it'll protect them well. ... show more
