Cards themselves seem good. Plastic case they come in is very low quality arriving in too many pieces to be useful. Edit 11-28-2018 Have been communicating with the seller. They are working with me regarding the packaging for shipping and the plastic storage case. They did send me a replacement. And they have continued to communicate with me regarding my concerns. So I am very happy with the seller's effort. I have taken the cards to my spades meetup group and had several tables use these cards. Everyone likes the cards. They shuffle well and play well. They are slick enough to shuffle easily. Everyone liked how easy they were to shuffle. That is important, especially for me since I have some arthritus issues in the finger and thumb joints. Many brands shuffle well but slide excessively during dealing and play. These cards seem to have an excellent balance and do not slide too much when dealing or playing the hand. I did another test where I took a couple cards from this deck and a couple from a KEM brand deck and asked several people to see if they could tell me which was the more expensive. All but one person identified these as the more expensive deck. The one person who guessed correctly that KEM cards were the more expensive noted the KEM cards were slightly thinner and had more texture. Overall I am very happy with the cards. Less happy with the storage case and method of shipping. Sufficiently happy with the cards themselves I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. If storage cases are improved and product shipped properly in box to better protect during shipping this review will be a slam dunk 5 star.

The cards are truly waterproof and shuffle easily without being too slippery. I'd love them if they came in two different colors like they're supposed to. I got 2 blue decks, which makes them unusable in the same game since it's too easy to mix up the cards. I left feedback about this to the seller, so hopefully they'll make it right. I'll update this review if it's corrected. Right now I feel like I paid double for a single deck since the second deck is unusable in the games I play.

Card quality is good, printing is clear and nice. Very easy to shuffle and play. Customer service is great. I received my order and asked a question about the color, they immediately refunded me (I did't even ask the refund) ,letting me keep the decks for free and suggesting I order another one to get right color. I strongly recommend, not because of the refund, it is because of the good product and great customer service.
