I have to admit that I accidentally ordered these glasses thinking that they were reading glasses. They are NOT reading glasses. They are glasses for myopia (nearsightedness, seeing far). Fortunately for me, my reading glass prescription is +1.5 which is the same number (different sign) as my nearsightedness glasses prescription (-1.5). Also fortunately for me, both of my eyes are the same prescription, and I don’t have any astigmatisms. If your 2 eyes have 2 different prescription strengths or you have astigmatisms, then these glasses won’t be perfect for you—but may be good enough for short-use, non-critical tasks. I am so happy that I got these glasses because I can keep a pair of inexpensive glasses in my car. (I don’t wear glasses around the house, and so I often forget to take them into the car. I didn’t even know that I could buy myopia-prescription glasses like this online. I think I’m going to buy another pair for my other car.) The blue-light blocking lenses are nice, clear, and lightweight. The glasses fit me perfectly, comfortably and snugly. I think the frames are stylish and look good on me (a 5’6”, 64-year-old man with a high-bridge “Roman” nose). These are good-look, good fitting, well-made, blue-light blocking glasses at a VERY affordable price so I’m rating them 5-stars. ... show more

These glasses work well when my contacts are out. I use them in the evening or whenever my contacts give me fits. These glasses seem well built. The nose pads are screwed in and not snapped in like some I’ve had so I won’t be losing the pads on these. The temples are pliable and made of a smooth material. The nose pads are soft grippy rubber. Lenses are typical plastic that are clear and defect free. No drawbacks on these that I see for something in this price range. I wish these had been available years ago. Everywhere you go there are reading glasses but if your problem is you can't see far away, you have to make an appointment and shell out lots of money. These are so affordable. They work great. Of course that will depend on your vision but if you have some idea of the magnification, you might avoid that appointment. ... show more
