This set of paints and art, comes with many accessories and paints of beautiful color, the use must definitely be supervised by an adult because before achieving the final art, many things must be done, it must be done in a space that can get dirty. We had to use two containers of the initial mixture so that the colors could be manipulated and achieve the drawing that we wanted to do, but it did not happen when we spread the inks all over the box. This is a really fun kit, and easy to use. I got this for a fun activity for me and my almost 4 year old daughter. Even my teenager did one too. The colors do get a little grainy if you mix them too much. But it is a really fun activity! I definitely recommend this

I've gotten into paper marbling lately, and boy, is it a lot of fun, and this kit would be terrific to get started with! It really does include everything you need, even a nice tray for the water. It also has pre-mixed water thickener, which is a great touch for kids, as usually you need to wait hours while the thickening powder works on the water. Kids don't tend to like long waits during art projects! The paint colors are very vivid---I loved them. I found this made some of the nicest looking marbled papers I've made, if I used my own paper. But about the paper---when I tried using the included paper, I found it didn't really work at all. It was too thin and not absorbent enough. I usually use watercolor paper with a high cotton content for marbling. There are so many nice components to this set it's too bad they give you paper that will not let the paint shine through. I know good paper is more expensive, though. If you get this set, you might want to also get some good paper to use with it and save the included paper for scrap paper or drawing. This is a nice art set that is easy to use. It comes with everything you need to create a dozen master pieces. The paint colors are nice and vibrant and no odor was observed. We weren't able to master designs such as flowers, paint seems to be to thin, but we still made some fun art pieces. Iโ€™m an artist and former elementary school teacher, but had never done any marbling, so I decided to try this marbling kit out. This is a GREAT set, because it comes with EVERYTHING needed to create some colorful marbling papers. The set comes with a study tray, 4 bottles of medium, 12 different colors, an assortment of tools needed, sheets of art paper, and a drop cloth. The prep time isnโ€™t bad either, which is an important factor to keep in mind when working with excitable little children. The colors are vivid, so the finished pieces arenโ€™t bad, as shown in my picture. My only objection, is that some of the color droplets would sink onto the bottom of the tray, so not all the color was used (See Picture #2). Other than this issue, I do like this marbling set and would recommend it to others looking for a creative art activity for children of all ages. ... show more
